Analytics, Payments, And Integrations
Spaces includes operational tools for reviewing marketplace performance and keeping payment and collaboration setup connected.
Analytics
Analytics help operators understand marketplace and co-working activity. Use them to review demand, usage, and trends.
Availability Dashboard
The availability dashboard helps operators see whether locations and resources have enough capacity for customer demand.
Bank Accounts
Bank account pages support operator payment setup where available. Treat these pages carefully because payment setup is sensitive.
Do not share account numbers, tokens, or private payment details in screenshots or support messages.
Stripe Connect Accounts
Stripe Connect account pages support payment connection where available. Use the product UI for the exact setup steps and status messages.
Slack And Microsoft Teams
Slack and Microsoft Teams pages help operators work from collaboration tools when enabled.
SSO Sign-In
SSO lets an operator organization use its identity provider for sign-in when configured.
Expected Result
Operators can review marketplace health and keep payment and integration setup on track without exposing sensitive details.
Analytics In More Detail
Use analytics to understand marketplace activity over time.
Helpful questions:
- Which locations are used most?
- Which products are most popular?
- Are bookings increasing or slowing down?
- Are subscriptions stable?
- Are customers using the resources you expected?
- Do you need to change product setup or availability?
Analytics should guide operator decisions, but review metric definitions before using them for formal reporting.
Availability In More Detail
Availability helps you understand whether customers can actually book what you are selling.
Check availability before:
- publishing a new product
- changing product rules
- changing a location
- changing resources
- answering a customer complaint about unavailable times
Payment Setup Safety
Payment pages are sensitive. Treat them carefully.
Safe:
- checking whether setup appears connected
- following the product UI
- using the approved provider flow
- asking an authorized admin to complete setup
Not safe:
- sharing full bank details in screenshots
- sending payment secrets in chat or email
- copying provider tokens
- asking a customer to complete operator payment setup
Bank Accounts And Stripe Connect
Bank account pages and Stripe Connect pages may both relate to payment readiness, but they are not the same thing.
Use the visible app labels as the source of truth. If setup is blocked, follow the provider flow or contact the internal owner for payments.
Integration Problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Payment setup is incomplete | Check whether the right operator/admin account is signed in. |
| Stripe Connect did not return to Skedular | Try the provider flow again or contact the payment setup owner. |
| Bank account details look wrong | Stop and verify with the authorized finance owner. |
| Slack install fails | Check workspace permissions and retry the install flow. |
| Microsoft Teams opens the wrong organization | Check signed-in account and organization context. |
| Analytics look empty | Check date range, organization, and whether bookings exist. |
