Spaces is for marketplace and co-working operators. Use it to set up a marketplace organization, manage locations and resources, publish products, review bookings and subscriptions, handle refund work, set up payments, and review analytics.
Is Spaces For Customers?
No. Customers use Customer Help to browse and book.
Is Spaces For Private Workplace Teams?
No. Private organization work belongs in Teams.
What Is A Marketplace Organization?
A marketplace organization is an operator account that can publish spaces or products for customers.
What Is A Marketplace Location?
A marketplace location is a place the operator can make available to customers.
What Is A Product?
A product is a sellable offer. It may allow one-time booking, recurring subscription, or both.
What Is A Subscription?
A subscription is recurring customer access to a product. It may create related booking records over time.
What Is A Refund?
A refund is a money-related workflow. It may follow cancellation, but it is not the same thing as cancellation.
Who Should Set Up Payments?
An authorized operator or finance owner. Do not ask customers or unrelated members to handle payment setup.
Can I Share Payment Screenshots?
Only with clean demo data or with sensitive details hidden. Do not share bank details, provider tokens, or payment secrets.
Why Can A Product Be Visible But Not Bookable?
The product may have no available resources, rules may block the selected time, payment setup may be incomplete, or the product may not be fully ready.
